These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pouchpace.com and any purchase you make from Pouch Pace ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

About Pouch Pace

Pouch Pace is an online retailer of running apparel, operating in Australia. All prices on the site are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are GST-inclusive where GST applies.

Accounts

You can browse and check out as a guest, or create an account for faster checkout and order history. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know straight away at hello@pouchpace.com if you think your account has been compromised.

Products & pricing

• We try to keep product information, images, and pricing accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
• Product availability isn't guaranteed until your order is confirmed — occasionally an item sells out between when you add it to cart and when you check out.
• We may change prices, product details, or discontinue products at any time without notice, but this won't affect orders you've already placed.

Orders & payment

Payments are processed securely by Square. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details you provide are accurate and that you're authorised to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, if we suspect fraud, if there's a pricing or stock error, or if we're unable to verify payment — and will refund you in full if we do.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping costs, delivery timeframes, and our returns and refund process are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Your consumer guarantees

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded. If a product you buy from us is faulty, not as described, or unfit for its intended purpose, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with those guarantees, regardless of any return window described in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Intellectual property

The Pouch Pace name, logo, and all site content — text, graphics, product photography, and design — are owned by Pouch Pace or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to do anything unlawful, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts, to interfere with the normal operation of the site, or to submit false or fraudulent orders.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pouch Pace isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products. Nothing in this section limits any liability that can't lawfully be limited, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Australian law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date they're posted on this page — the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
